Warranty Policies
In-store Warranty
All merchandise is sold with an in-store limited warranty of ninety (90) days, which covers manufacturer's defects. Merchandise altered, cracked or otherwise damaged through misuse by the user, accidents, fire, and flooding, natural disasters while in possession of the user, or which fails due to being used in voltage or circuits for which it is not designed, or by voltage fluctuations are not covered by the warranty.
Store reserves the right to deny warranty coverage in cases where satisfactory evidence of manufacturer's defect is not provided.
Manufacturer's warranty
Some items are covered by a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty. This is subject to the warranty and repair terms described by the manufacturer and is fulfilled by the manufacturer internationally (usually in the USA) and is subject to additional costs including shipping.
Customers agree to the above warranty terms upon purchase, inspection and acceptance of merchandise.
Returns
Refunds are done at the discretion of the Store. All refunds must be conducted at a secure location. ie- Police Station. Failure to comply will void refund. Store will issue a full merchandise refund (with your original invoice) within twenty-four (24) hours of the delivery date and time. The merchandise must be complete (including any manuals or accessories), unused and in its original unopened packaging with the factory seal intact.

Merchandise damaged or altered in any way by the user cannot be returned. The user must submit the original purchase invoice at the time of requesting a refund. Store reserves the right to refuse returns and refund where satisfactory evidence of the merchandise being unopened is not provided.
Rebates
Cash rebates may be offered for third party repairs performed for defective parts. These are offered at the discretion of the store and only invoices from trusted repair outlets will be acknowledged. Your original invoice as well as the invoice for the replaced part must be provided before a rebate is processed.
The maximum rebate value is 25% of the total value of your device upon purchase, covers only the cost of parts replaced and is not inclusive of labor performed by third party technicians.
